Implantation – an essential step in anti-age programs

Not long ago, dental implantation and prosthetics were seen merely as a way to restore chewing function.
Today, modern aesthetic medicine confidently states: every anti-age transformation begins with restoring missing teeth or correcting the bite. After this step, the facial contour improves — cheekbones become more defined, and nasolabial folds and wrinkles around the chin visibly smooth out.

If you’re ready to look 2–5 years younger, start your rejuvenation journey with a visit to your dentist!

Long-Term Solution Durable and reliable, designed to serve you for many years.
Full Comfort & Confidence Enjoy any food you love without fear of damaging your crowns.

Types of Dental Implantation.

1
One-Stage Implantation.
The dentist places dental implants in the area of missing teeth and installs permanent crowns just 2–3 days later. This method is ideal for replacing several teeth at once — even for full-arch restoration. Popular techniques include All-on-4 and All-on-6 systems.
2
Two-Stage Implantation.
In this approach, the implant placement and crown installation are performed in two steps, with a healing period of 4–6 months between them.

Implantation Stages

1
Preparation
Initial examination with a photo protocol, consultation, and CT scan analysis. Detailed treatment planning is carried out together with the patient to choose the optimal solution for the specific clinical situation. After finalizing the plan, the UMA CLINIC team proceeds with oral preparation, which includes hygiene, replacing old fillings, and treating cavities to ensure ideal conditions for implantation.
2
Bone Grafting (if necessary)
This procedure is required when there is insufficient bone tissue at the planned implant site. The need for bone grafting is determined after analyzing the CT scan.
3
Implant Placement
Once preparation is complete, the implant is placed under local anesthesia or sedation, depending on the patient’s preference. The procedure is completely painless and quick. Healing time for the implant is 3–6 months, after which prosthetic restoration can begin.
4
Crown Fabrication and Placement
After the implant has fully integrated, the dentist creates the superstructure: the abutment (connecting the implant and the crown, simulating a natural tooth) and the crown itself. This final stage restores functionality and aesthetics, giving the patient a new tooth that is indistinguishable from a natural one
